Clamplight LED Mini - BBM890X

MINI comes with 3x LR44 batteries included. To open, turn the lens bezel counterclockwise until it stops. Pull lens/battery assembly out. Batteries can be pulled out and replaced. Using a screwdriver or nail to pry batteries out – it is easiest to pry out the battery furthest from the lens. The sides will flex out allowing the batteries to come out. Make sure they are put back in in the correct direction – positive(+) towards the lens. To close, align the small tab at the bottom of the battery assembly with the slot inside the flashlight head. Insert, press down and then turn clockwise until bezel stops turning.
No. The LED found in Clamplight MINI will last thousands of hours and is not designed to be changed.
Like better LED lights Clamplight MINI uses a microchip that regulates output. This means you get a longer period of time where the light is at a high brightness level. However this results in the light dimming more rapidly when batteries are drained.
No, we do not recommend using it near heat such as grills or welding equipment. When using on a grill it should be only attached to non heated portions such as side tables and be well back from radiated heat.

Waterproof LED Cliplight - BBM891

The Waterproof Cliplight comes with 6x LR44 batteries included. To open, turn the lens bezel counterclockwise until it stops. Pull lens/battery assembly out. Batteries can be pulled out and replaced. Make sure they are put back in in the correct direction, positive(+) and negative(-) are marked in the base of the battery compartment. To close, align the tabs on each side of the battery assembly with the slots inside the flashlight head, ensure the PCB board is facing the power button. Insert, press down and then turn the bezel clockwise until bezel stops turning
No. The LED found in the Waterproof Cliplight is not designed to be changed.

Waterproof LED Clamplight - BBM905

Use 3 AAA batteries. Turn the lens bezel counterclockwise and pull the lens/battery assembly out. Pop open the battery door cover tab. Install batteries with correct polarity using the diagrams inside the battery compartment. Snap battery cover back on and insert lens/battery assembly back into flashlight head. Turn clockwise until it stops.
Squeeze the clamp open and, while in the open position, slide the lock tab up until it clicks. It may be easier for some people to use two hands to do this. Swivel the black feet on the bottom out to give Blackfire® Clamplight Waterproof a stable platform to stand on. See adjacent diagram for standing position. To close, squeeze the clamp slightly more while at the same time sliding the switch/lock down. Return the feet to the closed position.
No. The LED found in Clamplight Waterproof is rated at a 100,000 hour life span and is not designed to be changed.
We estimate 2 hours at high mode and 6 hours at low mode on good quality alkaline batteries.

Clamplight Waterproof has been tested to meet the international waterproof standard IPX7. This means that the light has been tested by immersion for 30 minutes to 1.5 meters. The light can likely go below this depth but is not intended for scuba diving or other such purposes.

Make sure it is centered on the feet. On very slippery surfaces it may slip a little – you can clamp it on angled down so it braces the pipe against the body and then angle the swivel head to get light where you need it.

Lantern LED Clamplight - BBM910

Use 3 AA batteries. Turn the thumbscrew with either your fingers or a screw driver. Open the cover and install batteries with correct polarity using the diagrams inside the battery compartment. Fit tab back in slot and close battery cover. Press down and tighten thumbscrew.
Squeeze the clamp open and while in the open position slide the lock tab up till it clicks. It may be easier for some people to use two hands to do this. Swivel the black feet on the bottom out to give Blackfire® Clamplight Lantern a stable platform to stand on. To close squeeze the clamp slightly more while at the same time sliding the switch/lock down. Return the feet to the closed position.

The three small battery indicator lights blink red, yellow and green to indicate how much power remains in the batteries allowing you to gauge usage and know when to be ready to replace batteries. They blink every 4 seconds to let you know the battery power yet use very little actual power so they minimally drain batteries. In a darkened room they allow you to find your lantern as well.
Clamplight Lantern has been tested to meet the international waterproof standard IPX4. This means that the light has been tested to withstand a particular spray pattern that simulates rain. The light should not be immersed in water.

Cap-Mount LED Headlamp - CLA1

The Cap-Mounting Headlamp uses 2x AAA batteries included. To replace the batteries, remove the battery door by pulling up on the thumb tab on the back of the unit. Replace the batteries, ensuring they are in the proper direction, positive(+) and negative(-) indicators are marked inside the battery compartment. Align the battery door and snap into place.
No. The LEDs found in the CLA1 are not designed to be changed.

No, the PAC500 has circuitry built in to allow solar charging without a controller or MPPT.
Yes, most solar panels will be connected to the appliance or battery being powered via an Anderson Power Pole connector or an MC4 connector. The PAC500 has an 8mm barrel input. Please feel free to contact us at customerservice@blackfire.com for adapter recommendations.
This will depend on many factors, including the wattage of the solar panel being used and the directness/intensity of the sunlight. A 12V panel can charge the PAC500 at a rate of 36 to 54 watts per hour. An 18V panel can charge the PAC500 at a rate of 54 to 80 watts per hour. In optimal conditions, the PAC500 can be fully charged via solar in approximately 8 hours.
The PAC500 charges to 80% capacity in about 4.5 hours when plugged into a standard wall plug. The PAC500 charges to 100% capacity in about 8 hours. The PAC500 includes an AC wall charger accessory with purchase.
The PAC500 will handle 500 Cycles to 70% Capacity (depending on use and care).

This warranty gives specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
